Thomas R. Stelter
Vice President and General Manager

Tom Stelter was appointed vice president and general manager of CAE SimuFlite in July 2003. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president of specialized operations, which included responsibility for maintenance training programs, courseware, eBusiness, Six Sigma quality, the web site and information technology.

Stelter previously served as the managing director, specialized training. Prior to his appointment as managing director, specialized training, he served as the company's quality leader/master black belt; as such, he successfully implemented GE's Six Sigma quality program at CAE SimuFlite. Prior to serving as quality leader, he was the director of engineering. Stelter joined CAE SimuFlite in 1991 and has over 20 years of experience in flight simulation and training.
