Bill Dolny was named director, worldwide sales in 2000. In this position, he is responsible for all sales, business development, and client relationships. He also directs a 43-person sales department. Dolny began his career with CAE SimuFlite in 1994 as an account representative. He has since held positions of increasing responsibility including supervisor of account representatives, regional sales manager, and national sales manager. As director, worldwide sales, Dolny has transformed the sales department to increase annual revenues; designed and executed new go-to-market strategies; created a pricing management and control program, and implemented a new CRM system to track sales opportunities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and aviation administration from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, N.D. and has attended the MBA for Executives program at Arizona State University, Tempe.
