Montreal, March 31, 2005 -- (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) - Two more simulators built by CAE and deployed within the company's global network of training centres have received Level-D certification -- the highest level performance rating for flight training equipment -- by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. Pilots of LAN Chile and third-party customers began training on an Airbus A320 full-flight simulator located in Santiago, Chile, following the simulator's certification in January of this year. The A320 device is part of the Airbus-CAE training cooperation, which operates the largest fleet of Airbus full-flight simulators in the world. Meanwhile, business jet pilots can begin training on an additional Raytheon Beechjet 400A simulator recently granted Level-D certification at the CAE SimuFlite training centre in Dallas, Texas. CAE's global network of training centres has more than 100 full-flight simulators in service, in over 20 locations worldwide CAE is a leading provider of simulation and modelling technologies as well as integrated training services for commercial and business aviation, and defence customers worldwide.
