CAE SimuFlite and Dassault partner for Falcon training program

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, May 19, 2004--

(NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) – Dassault Falcon is the latest original equipment manufacturer with which CAE SimuFlite has forged close ties in an effort to offer customers advanced factory-approved training programs.

In an agreement signed earlier this year, CAE SimuFlite committed to develop and deliver a technical training curriculum for maintenance technicians beginning the second half of this year.

Training will be available on Dassault's Falcon 50/50EX, Falcon 900/900EX and Falcon 2000/2000EX aircraft. The program will extend to earlier Falcon models beginning next year.

"With this new program, which adheres strictly to Dassault's Falcon training policy manual, operators are assured that their technical crews have all the knowledge needed to fully understand and safely maintain their aircraft," said Tom Stelter, CAE SimuFlite's vice-president and general manager.

CAE SimuFlite's maintenance training programs are FAA-recognized for inspection authorization renewal and the FAA Aviation Maintenance Technician Award program. They are also approved by Transport Canada for aircraft maintenance engineer license endorsement.

CAE SimuFlite provides maintenance training for more than 25 aircraft types and works closely with aircraft manufacturers to develop factory-approved maintenance training programs.

CAE is a leading provider of simulation technologies and integrated training services to airlines, aircraft manufacturers, defense forces, and marine customers worldwide. The company has annual revenues in excess of C$1 billion, with manufacturing operations and training facilities in 19 countries on five continents.
