CAE SimuFlite launches Citation X technical program

Montreal, June 18, 2004 - (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) - CAE SimuFlite's Citation X technical training will be available this fall at either its Dallas/Fort Worth training center, any of CAE's worldwide training centers or at the operator's location.

Initial training duration is 10 days while the recurrent program lasts five days. CAE SimuFlite offers a broad range of maintenance training programs on more than 25 aircraft types. All maintenance instructors are licensed Airframe and Powerplant technicians with extensive experience in corporate aviation.

CAE SimuFlite’s Citation X Level D-qualified full-flight simulator allows hands-on operations during training. It is the optimal technical training tool for engine run up and taxi, as well as systems operations. It has a fully optioned cockpit, featuring, among other things, a Honeywell Primus 2000 integrated avionics system, FMZ 2000 flight management systems with global positioning navigation, EGPWS, TCAS II and moving map display

CAE's global network currently operates more than 50 full-flight simulators that serve the business aviation community: 29 are at CAE SimuFlite in Dallas, and the remainder of the fleet, which includes all the Airbus ACJs and Boeing BBJs, are installed at centers across the globe.

CAE is a leading provider of simulation technologies and integrated training services to airlines, aircraft manufacturers, defense forces, and marine customers worldwide. The company has annual revenues in excess of C$1 billion, with manufacturing operations and training facilities in 19 countries on five continents.
