CAE SimuFlite and Summit Solutions Form Alliance for NBAA-Approved PDP Training Delivery

CAE announced today that it has formed a training alliance with professional development consultant Summit Solutions, to provide management, communications, and leadership courses at its CAE SimuFlite Dallas training facility.

This unique professional development initiative being offered by the two organizations is the first of its kind, and provides a key opportunity for both pilots and aviation maintenance professionals to combine advanced technical instruction with leadership and management training. Focusing on the skills most requested by employers today, the courses are endorsed by the Professional Development Program (PDP) of the National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA).

Summit Solutions courses focus on the core skills required by potential managers to achieve success in management and leadership roles within aviation organizations. Participants receive NBAA PDP recognition certificates upon completion of their course.
