CAE SimuFlite Launches
a Record 11 New Training Programs
DALLAS/FT.
WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas, September 10, 2002 --
CAE SimuFlite is on
track to launch a record number of new training programs. By June 2003,
11 new aviation training programs will have been implemented at the CAE
SimuFlite Dallas Center, within 24 months.
The unprecedented
service expansion began in June 2001 with the launch of the Gulfstream
V program, and will be completed with the planned implementation of Falcon
900 training in the summer of 2003. The new services include new full
flight simulators and the latest ground school technology.
Training at CAE SimuFlite Dallas is already available on seven of the
new FAA Level D simulators, including the Gulfstream V, Citation Ultra,
Citation Bravo, Citation Excel, Beechjet, KingAir 300/350, and the CitationJet.
Training on the Hawker 800XP, Sikorsky S-76B/C+, Falcon 900 and Falcon
2000 will be available in 2003.
“The addition
of these specific training programs was driven by client request,”
said Jeff Roberts, president, CAE SimuFlite. “ And with CAE’s
growing network of training centers around the world, we can now leverage
opportunities and create a global platform in which to further expand
and develop new programs.”
CAE SimuFlite, a part
of CAE’s Civil Simulation and Training Division, provides advanced
training to pilots and maintenance professionals operating piston and
turbine-powered aircraft in private, corporate, military and government
