CAE SimuFlite Names
New Regional Sales Managers
DALLAS/FT.
WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas, August 7, 2002 --
CAE SimuFlite has
named three new regional sales managers.
Gary Freeman was
named regional sales manager, maintenance, covering the DFW area and states
west of the Mississippi River. Freeman came to CAE SimuFlite from Gulfstream
Aerospace where he was a regional sales manager. He joined CAE SimuFlite
in June 2002 with a background in sales, technical services and as a maintenance
technician. He attended U.S. Army Helicopter Electrician school and holds
an A&P Certification from Texas Aero Tech, Dallas. Freeman is based
at CAE SimuFlite's headquarters at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Bill Hogate was named
regional sales manager, Northern region, which covers Canada, Illinois
and Wisconsin. Previously, he was vice president, business development
with GetThere. Hogate has an extensive sales and marketing background
ranging from Fortune 100 firms to dot com startups. He has more than 30
years involvement in aviation and is an Airline Transport Rated pilot
with more than 3,000 hours logged. He holds a BS from Southern Illinois

Glenn MacDonald was
named regional sales manager, Northeast region, which covers Connecticut,
Maine, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Vermont.
MacDonald joins CAE SimuFlite from ExcelAire Service where he served as
vice president. He has an extensive background in helicopter sales and
operations. He holds a Commercial Pilot License/Helicopter and has logged
more than 13,500 hours of flight time. MacDonald is based in Teterboro,

Freeman, Hogate and
MacDonald report to Bill Dolny, CAE SimuFlite's director of worldwide
sales. "Our expansion of eleven new simulator programs over two years
has increased our breadth of services,” said Dolny. “The addition
of these new regional sales managers is an essential element to better
serve our clients."
