They can also receive discounts on hotel and car rental rates when they select a SimuFlite preferred vender. Clients are asked to fill out a personal profile when first accessing this service to facilitate the process. Airline reservation changes may require airline/travel agent intervention.

Under My Flight Bag, pilots have access to online versions of the Cockpit Reference Handbooks (CRHs) as applicable for their aircraft. Each CRH offers procedural information, limitations, systems schematics, and servicing specifications for pre-study or post-training reference. Also under My Flight Bag, they have access to Emergency Recall Drills, which test their recall of emergency procedure memory items.

Access to all personalized Web services is available to clients who have trained at SimuFlite within the last two years or have made training reservations.
