SimuFlite and Gulfstream Fulfil PACT Agreement

DALLAS/FORT WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas, April 30, 2001 --

Representatives of SimuFlite Training International Inc. and Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation are working together to jointly develop and deliver technical training programs for the Gulfstream IV. The Professionally Applied Client Technical (PACT) training agreement, signed in October 1999, ensures that technician's training needs and expectations are met and the manufacturer's requirements and standards are satisfied.

The PACT program addresses SimuFlite technical curriculums pertaining to Gulfstream IV aircraft and covers maintenance initial courses, maintenance update courses, trouble-shooter courses and special training requests.

Five SimuFlite programs are now being aligned to comply with the program's criteria: Introduction to Gulfstream IV Avionics, Gulfstream IV Advanced Avionics, Gulfstream IV ATA Level III Initial and Recurrent, and Gulfstream IV Engine Run-up. Each program is continually updated as client feedback is incorporated.
