| SimuFlite Appoints New Managers DALLAS/FORT WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas, March 7, 2001 -- SimuFlite Training International Inc. has announced three appointments. Mike Luckey was promoted to senior manager of instructor development. In this position, he is responsible for instructor training and the administration of quality assurance programs in the training services department, which delivers SimuFlite's pilot training programs. His previous position was instructor development specialist. An ATP, Luckey has over 9,000 flight hours, including 5,000 in turbojets and 1,300 in turboprops. He came to SimuFlite in 1999 following a 20-year career at GTE Directories, where he ultimately served as director of aviation/administration and chief pilot. Luckey also served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years. He reports to Bill Wilhelmi, vice president, training services. Linda Falkenstine is SimuFlite's new process improvement team manager, "Quality Black Belt." In this position, she is responsible for improving internal processes utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Falkenstine transferred to SimuFlite from GE Capital IT Solutions and has worked for GE since 1997. Her previous employers include Entre Computer Center and Tandy Corporation. Falkenstine holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in business computer information systems from North Texas State University in Denton. She reports to Kyle Drake, quality leader, "Master Black Belt." Miyanda Wilson is
SimuFlite's new manager, account representatives. In this position, she
directs SimuFlite's account representatives in providing customer support
for the company's worldwide client base. Wilson also supervises their
training, mentoring and motivational programs. Her previous position was
that of collection manager with ACS, Inc., a division of Wells Fargo Financial.
Wilson has significant experience in developing and maintaining internal
training programs. She reports to Jim Jetton, vice president, sales and
marketing. Luckey, Wilson, and Falkenstine are based at SimuFlite's headquarters at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas. SimuFlite Training International Inc., the business aviation division of GE Capital Aviation Training, provides advanced training to pilots and maintenance professionals operating turbine-powered aircraft in corporate, military and government service.
