Eligible immediately. Employee can contribute up to 50% of annual salary (pre-tax dollars). Employer matches $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% (equal to 3% of annual salary). 100% vested immediately upon hire.

Basic Life Insurance - equal to 2 times annual base salary; AD&D equal to 2 times annual base salary.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (Standard Life of Canada)
Employees can purchase CAE stock through payroll deductions. Company will match 1 to each 3 dollars purchased up to a maximum of 6%. 3 year rolling vesting.

Vacation
Vacation is accrued bi-weekly at the following yearly rate:
Up to 5 years of service - 2 weeks
6 years of service - 2 weeks, 1 day
7 years of service - 2 weeks, 2 days
8 years of service - 2 weeks, 3 days
9 years of service - 2 weeks, 4 days
10 years of service - 3 weeks
11 years of service - 3 weeks, 1 day
12 years of service - 3 weeks, 2 days
13 years of service - 3 weeks, 3 days
14 years of service - 3 weeks, 4 days
15+ years of service - 4 weeks

Personal Illness Days
10 days per calendar year

Holidays
8 fixed, 3 elective holidays

Available after 1 year of employment with manager approval
