Scholarships
  CAE SimuFlite's scholarship program was created to promote business aviation as a career to young aviators. 2005 marks the program's 19th consecutive year, with scholarships awarded through the University Aviation Association UAA) Women in Aviation International (WAI), and Organization of Black Airline Pilots (OBAP).

Scholarships

UAA (2005 Winners)
Four pilot training scholarships were available through the University Aviation Association, an alliance of more than 100 accredited colleges and universities. CAE SimuFlite is very pleased to name the 2005 Citation Type Rating scholarship recipients:

WAI
CAE SimuFlite granted two aviation training scholarships through Women in Aviation International. The scholarships were awarded at the annual convention held in Dallas, Texas in March 2005. A Citation initial pilot training scholarship was awarded to Rani Hobgood of Alexandria, Va. She has successfully completed training and has received a Citation II type rating. A C90 initial pilot training scholarship was given to Danielle Grieco, of Providence, R.I. She has successfully completed her training.

OBAP
CAE SimuFlite, through the Organization of Black Airline Pilots (OBAP), awarded a Citation Type Rating training scholarship to Jeff Brooks at its convention in Orlando, Florida, on August 20, 2004.

2004 OBAP Scholarship Winner

The scholarship was established to enhance, advance and promote educational opportunities in aviation; motivate youth to become educationally prepared for life; and to increase minority participation in aviation through exposure, training, mentoring, and scholarships.

Scholarships include training at CAE SimuFlite's Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, training center. Transportation, lodging and meals are not included.
